Methylene Blue Loffler′s reagent, 500ml
Product Details
The solution is used for staining bacteria, fungi and blood parasites in blood smears, e.g. together with carbolic fuchsine solution for Ziehl-Neelsen staining (detection of TB bacteria). Furthermore, it is used as a vital staining agent for selective staining of nuclei during counting of eukaryotic cells (e. g. yeast cells).
